Elley Grey is a 23-metre custom ketch pilot house built in 2012 by Gaffers & Luggers at Mylor Creek, Falmouth, UK, and presents in good condition. She is the last and largest pilot cutter produced by this yard, displacing 50 tons with GRP hull, aluminium superstructure, and teak decks. The vessel has had a single owner since build. Accommodation comprises five cabins, including an owner's suite and guest cabins, all with en-suite facilities across three heads. The layout includes a well-equipped galley, navigation centre, and pilot house. Central heating and air-conditioning are fitted throughout. Power is provided by a single Gardner 6LXBM 150hp diesel engine with only 800 hours, driving a variable-pitch feathering propeller to a maximum speed of 9.5 knots. A 12kVA Northern Lights generator supplies electrical systems. Fuel capacity is 4000 litres, with 2500 litres of water and 297 litres holding tank capacity. The ketch-cutter rig features a wooden mast with electric reefing, and sails were replaced in 2021. Two electric windlasses are fitted, along with a bow thruster. Navigation electronics include autopilot, plotter, radar, GPS, VHF, log-speedometer, wind instruments, and compass. Entertainment systems consist of CD player, DVD player, VCR, TV, radio, and cockpit speakers. Deck equipment includes battened mainsail, genoa, swimming ladder, and tender. Additional machinery comprises battery charger, inverter, deep freezer, electric bilge pump, fresh water maker, hot water system, marine head, oven, refrigerator, and washing machine. Safety equipment includes a liferaft. The vessel is located in Lefkas, Greece, and is available for viewing.
